Why not join a local run? Penrith Parkrun takes place every Saturday at Frenchfield Sports Centre, Penrith.
Appleby and Penrith both have Leisure Centres which offer gyms, swimming pools and other sporting facilities, plus activities, clubs and classes. Keep an eye on their websites for up to date events.
Frenchfield Sports Centre in Penrith provides a range of sporting facilities to be rented out for your enjoyment. Frenchfield provides seven full size football pitches, two mini football pitches and one rugby pitch.
