Eden has a variety of sports facilities to offer. Enjoy a leisurely swim in one of the local swimming pools or a round of golf on one of the local golf courses. You can even try your hand at a game of tennis or bowls or why not join a local run?

Eden also has leisure centres at both Appleby and Penrith Leisure Centres, plus sporting facilities at Frenchfields Sports Centre in Penrith and Appleby Sports Centre in Appleby.

There are a range of activities, clubs and classes held at Penrith and Appleby Leisure Centre's plus a range of Half-Term and Summer Holiday events.  Keep an eye on their websites for up to date events.
