With only 100 places available, this will be the third LAW75, a unique event based on Lady Anne's Way from Skipton to Appleby.

Description

Race it hard in one long day, or make a weekend of it - go steady and overnight. Either way, it's a unique opportunity to do a long Winter overnight event, with good quality NAV4 support in a very sustainable way.

The distance is 75 miles, and by starting at 9am Saturday morning everyone will be finished by Sunday afternoon. Finishing times will range from 15-30 hours, so open to fast runners through to steady strong walkers.

We've formatted the event to be as accessible, achievable and as green as possible; and all within a two day weekend.

The iconic Settle to Carlisle railway line connects the start and finish towns, providing easy travel to and from the event. Combine this with the local buses and recces are easy to arrange for the majority of the route. We'll also be offering a couple of official recce days. An average of just over 2.5mph will get you to the finish in good shape, so you can expect to be moving at 3mph earlier on.
