The High Cup Nick walk

'The High Cup Walk' featured on the ITV1 series 'Best Walks with a View with Julia Bradbury'.  It's 9 miles (14.48 km) and takes in some stunning views along the way.

Starting in Dufton, near Appleby and journeys onto the Pennine Way before ascending to the Summit of High Cup Nick where you can enjoy some spectacular views.  Then you descend down the vale of High Cup Gill and back to Dufton.
