Explore Kirkby Stephen with new wayfinding panels

If you've visit Kirkby Stephen you'll see a set of fantastic new panels, designed to help visitors navigate the town.

The Visit Eden Team have been busy over several months on this wayfinding project, which highlights stories, heritage and little-known facts, as well as giving practical directions.

The aim of the panels is to enhance the look and feel of Kirkby Stephen town centre and help visitors find their way around.

Interpretation panels are located at Christian Head Car Park, Silver Street Gardens, Market Square and the railway station. There is also a new directional sign post at the station to help direct visitors into town.

The panels are part of a much wider, £315,500 UK Shared Prosperity Fund scheme to boost the town's heritage, culture and economy.
