How Much Wild with Pete Cairns and The Sisters Grinn

An evening of entertainment with Pete Cairns and the Sisters Grinn.

Event Date

19 November 2026

Description

We’re living at a time when nature is clawing its way back – or at least it’s trying to. But as wildlife rebounds, it finds itself confronted by a society that has long forgotten how to live alongside wild nature – and isn’t sure it wants to try.

Against a backdrop of stunning imagery, video and sound, Peter Cairns invites us to reflect on the fears, misunderstandings and prejudices surrounding the animals that are creeping back into our landscapes – and into our conversations.

As a photographer, writer and communicator, Peter Cairns has spent the last 30 years shifting perspectives around our relationship with wild nature, exploring pathways for people and wildlife to thrive together.

Gwen Bainbridge and June Swift. The Sisters Grinn, harmonious siblings with a penchant for a good tale, drama and fun.

Having sung together from childhood, we bring stories of intriguing characters, countryside and farming life into a melting pot of lives both real and imaginary.
