Ramblers Wellbeing Walks in Cumbria are co-ordinated by Active Cumbria and supported by Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council.

Description
Part of the wider Ramblers national programme the charity is dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can enjoy walking. Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are short group walks which make it easier to start walking and stay active.
As a guide, walks take place:
Fortnightly Mondays (Appleby) and Fridays (Temple Sowerby): Eden ICC Wellbeing Walks -
Appleby (CA16 6QR) and Temple Sowerby, 1.30pm
Tuesday - 16th July, 13th August and 10th September: Kirkby Stephen Railway Ramble, 10.30am
Tuesdays - 30th July, 27th August and 24th September: Kirkby Stephen Stroll, 10.30am
Wednesdays - 31st July, 28th August and 25th September, Shap Pooh-Stick Potter, 10.30am
Wednesdays - 17th July, 14th August and 11th September, Shap Village Stroll, 10.30am
Fortnightly Wednesdays - Walk and Wonder in Kirkoswald, 11am
Every Thursday - Culgaith Walk and Talk, 1pm
Fornightly Fridays - Penrith, Eamont Bridge/Lowther Walk, 1.30pm
Every Friday - Penrith Wellbeing Walk, 11.30am
