Part of the wider Ramblers national programme the charity is dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can enjoy walking. Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are short group walks which make it easier to start walking and stay active.

As a guide, walks take place:

Every Thursday (alternative locations): Culgaith Walk And Talk - Culgaith, Edenhall Ladies, Kirkland, Skirwith, Temple Sowerby, Udford (Edenhall).

Fortnightly Mondays (Appleby) and Fridays (Temple Sowerby) 1.30pm: Eden ICC Wellbeing Walks - Appleby (CA16 6QR) and Temple Sowerby (CA10 1RW).

Fortnightly Wednesdays 1.30pm: Penrith, Eamont Bridge/Lowther Walk (CA10 2BX).

Every Friday, 7.30pm (Note - there is no walk 7th June): Penrith Social Wellbeing Walk (CA11 7YA).

Monthly Tuesdays 10.30am - Railway Ramble in Kirkby Stephen (CA17 4JP).

Fortnightly Wednesdays 11am - Walk and Wonder in Kirkoswald (CA10 1DQ).
