National Garden Scheme: Open Day at Askham Hall

On Sunday the 16th of June we will be hosting a Garden Open Day to raise funds for the National Garden Scheme for charity.

Description

The National Garden Scheme gives visitors unique access to over 3,500 exceptional private gardens in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands and raises impressive amounts of money for nursing and health charities through admissions and refreshments and it’s something we’ve always been very proud to support.

We’ve participated in the scheme for over 30 years now – it was something Lady Caroline was very passionate about and our owners remember fondly from their childhood - and we’re obviously incredibly proud of our gardens and love to share them too!

We'll be opening up our gardens at Askham Hall from 11.30am until 7pm and everyone is welcome. There will be an entry charge of £6 per adult, while under 16s can come for free. Hot and cold drinks, cake and pizzas will be available to buy throughout the day.
