Description

Community partners will unite this weekend for a face-to-face engagement event in the Ullswater area.

The event, called Keeping Ullswater Beautiful, is aimed at both visitors and residents and is a chance to find out more about the partnership working which is ongoing to protect our area from fly camping, littering, and anti-social behaviour.

There’s also the opportunities for a bit of fun including:

• Live drone demonstration by Cumbria Police
• Meet the mounted volunteers and horses face-to-face
• Water safety-themed activities and games
• Try on Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team’s ‘robot trousers’
• Fire Engines and Police Vehicles

1pm–4pm.
