Description

Part of the wider Ramblers national programme the charity is dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can enjoy walking.  Ramblers Wellbeing Walks in Cumbria are co-ordinated by Active Cumbria and supported by Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council. 

As a guide, walks take place:

Fortnightly Mondays - Eden ICC Wellbeing Walks - Appleby (starting 8th September 1.30pm) and Temple Sowerby (starting 12th September 1.30pm.)

First Wednesday of month - Kirkby Stephen Stroll, 2.15pm.

Every Wednesday - Pategill Wellbeing Walk, Penrith (CA11 8HX), 11.30pm.

Every Thursday - Culgaith Walk and Talk, 1pm.

Third Thursday of the month 1.15pm - Appleby Community Drop-in (CA16 6QP).

Fortnightly Fridays - Eden ICC Wellbeing Walks - Temple Sowerby (starting September 12th 1.30pm.)

Every Friday - Penrith Wellbeing Walk multiple routes, (CA11 7YA) 11.30am.

First and third Friday of month - Shap Village Stroll (CA10 3NL), 1.30pm (No walk 17th October but there 24th October instead).
