Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are short group walks which make it easier to start walking and stay active.

Description
Part of the wider Ramblers national programme the charity is dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can enjoy walking. Ramblers Wellbeing Walks in Cumbria are co-ordinated by Active Cumbria and supported by Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council.
As a guide, walks take place:
Fortnightly Mondays - Eden ICC Wellbeing Walks - Appleby (starting May 19th 1.30pm) and Temple Sowerby (starting May 9th 1.30pm.)
First and third Wednesday of month - Wellbeing Walk and Talk - High Hesket (CA4 0HS).
First and third Wednesday of month - Shap Village Stroll (CA10 3NL), 1.30pm.
First Wednesday of month - Kirkby Stephen Stroll, 2.15pm.
Every Wednesday - Pategill Wellbeing Walk, Penrith (CA11 8HX), 11.30pm.
Every Thursday - Culgaith Walk and Talk, 1pm.
Third Thursday of the month 1.15pm - Appleby Community Drop-in (CA16 6QP).
Every Friday - Penrith Wellbeing Walk multiple routes, (CA11 7YA) 11.30am.
Fortnightly Fridays - Eden ICC Wellbeing Walks - Temple Sowerby (starting May 9th 1.30pm.)
