2026 Westmorland and Furness Leaflet Swap and Networking event

We are planning (in partnership with Hutton-in the-Forest) a FREE Westmorland and Furness Leaflet Swap and Networking event at Hutton-in the-Forest Historic House on Tuesday 17th March 2026, 1pm to 3pm (drop in event).

The event will follow on from the successful event we held last year at Hutton in the Forest and will be free to attend.

It's a great opportunity to network and pick up leaflets for the coming season. There will also be the opportunity for a tour of Hutton in the Forest Historic House before it opens for the season.

Attractions, Activity providers and organisations

If you run an attraction or provide activities or transport or run an organisation, project or scheme of interest to local accommodation providers, then this is the ideal opportunity to showcase your latest promotional literature and special offers.  It’s also an ideal chance to talk to other local tourism businesses.  There will also be the opportunity for a tour of Hutton in the Forest Historic House before it opens for the season.

The closing date to book a table is Wednesday 4th March. Tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis and there is no cost to attend.  There will be space for a small pop-up banner and leaflets at each table.

Accommodation operators

If you are an accommodation operator, this is a great opportunity to come and speak to representatives from local Attractions, activity and transport providers to find out what’s new for the season and to collect some leaflets too!  All in a welcoming and relaxed setting with refreshments provided.  There will also be the opportunity for a tour of Hutton in the Forest Historic House before it opens for the season.
