The World's Original Marmalade Awards & FestivalTotally Locally Penrith Penrith Business Improvement District and Penrith Chamber of Trade are gearing up for 8 days of ‘Penrith Goes Orange A-Peel’ when about 50 shops and businesses will create orange themed windows and displays. There will be an orange trail to follow, special offers in many shops and Paddington Bear will judge the best two windows in retail and non-retail. A free shuttle bus will run between Penrith & Dalemain over the weekend.
